​JEWELLERY

Most pieces are a one of a kind but I can usually do similar.
Gemstones are genuine gemstones.
All timber jewellery is made from salvaged wood, no trees have been damaged.
I prefer to use Australian timber.
I sand until silky smooth then seal and polish each piece
I use a scroll saw or hand saw to cut shapes

All jewellery is hand made by me.
ORIGINAL HAND PULLED ETCHINGS
A woodblock or metal plate has been cut then damp paper placed over the plate, inked and rolled through a press, transferring the image onto the paper.
An edition has been decided by the artist eg. Edition of 50 and second print would be 2/50.
Each print is individually inked and rolled thru the press, after examining each print some are discarded. They are then
numbered.
The edition is written in pencil on the bottom left.
Each print is an original because each one has been individually inked and rolled through the press and each has small differences. Limited edition hand pulled prints are collectable and can be very expensive.
All hand pulled prints are made by me.
PRINTS​
Prints are sold unframed.
Do not hang in direct sunlight.
Some prints will fit A4 and A3 size frames from Ikea.
All artwork and giclee prints are made by me.
Giclee prints. Pronounced Zhee-Clay. I use archival inks on archival museum quality 310gsm Hahnemule and Canson rag base. These prints have a very long life.
In most cases I burn the edges which give and interesting
appearance on heavy paper.
The prints are floated on heavy textured watercolour paper backed with foamcore.
There is an edition of 50 for each print, certified and signed on
the back.
Enclosed in a cellophane envelope for protection, they arrive
ready to frame with title and signature at the bottom on the front.
All Giclee prints are printed by me.
